In June of 2019 we bought a home that had this oven in it. The home was only 2 years old. The oven worked fine until the day before Thanksgiving of 2020, while trying to bake desserts. Imagine how disappointed I was. I had to thrash the cake because it would not bake. The cake set there for 10 min and did nothing. Finally it started to cook, then it just stopped. I called my home Warranty company and they sent a Tech out that wanted me to call a Contractor in and tear out my housing for the oven so we could come back and repair it. No, no. I called my Home Warranty, they sent another Tech out. He could not find anything wrong. I called Electrolux and some one talked me through re-calibrating the oven. Worked fine for a week. After I tried baking some biscuits, I set it at the right temp, came back and checked maybe 3 min. later, the biscuits were beginning to burn. I lowered temp and they still burned. I had to throw them away. So now I am having to adjust the temp while baking. Will not attempt to bake cakes.I will have to replace it before the Holidays. BUT IT WILL NOT BE ANOTHER ELECTROLUX!!!

Doesn't heat at all

This oven is brand new and has not worked at all. I tried to make potatoes au gratin in it on bake mode. The oven pre-heated for 40 minutes and the max temp was 337 degrees, however it wasn't even that hot as I could touch the oven racks without burning myself. The heating element never came on. I tried calling several times to have someone come and service it, and NOBODY answers the phone. I keep getting a recording saying they are not taking calls due to high call volume. Okay, fine. I tried their chat feature. There are no representatives available on chat either. Not only is this oven garbage, there is ZERO customer service. I would not recommend this brand to anyone.

I bought this a few weeks ago after our previous Electrolux oven died on us. (It was only about 8 years old, and the cost of replacing the digital display/control was about the same as a new oven! (Almost $2,000.) The person who came out to look at it said the broiler function probably killed it. Just a suggestion, but don't use the briler and don't use the self clean functions...apparently they get so hot they can fry the display/control circuitry.0 We debated getting a different brand but decided to stay with Electrolux because it matched our other appliances (and because we really never need the broiler function or the self clean function). My opinion is that Electrolux makes very attractive appliances. That's basically why we chose it. This particular oven has about a quarter inch difference in dimensions from the previous one (which looked identical) which created problems for our installers, but it ended up fine. The slide out racks are useful. I suspect we will never use the "perfect turkey" button. It's a little slow to preheat, but overall we're pleased with the performance.

Not happy with product or service to date!

I bought my new home three and a half weeks ago. On the first day we found the iven did not work and threw an error code. I followed the directions for referring and still nothing. I called in for service, provided my model and serial number along with the error code. A technician was sent out thefollowing weekend. He came in, looked at the error code, he took a picture of serial never and model number all information I already provided and told me he would have to order parts. That was three weeks ago and I am still waiting. I would have thought this would have been checked at the factory. And oh by the way, if you are an American consumer you are not entitles to the free stove top griddle (pay shipping only) that is offered to Canadian consumers who purchase the Electrolux stove tops.

We didn't chose this for my house, developer did. But we are using it now. just saw the retail price for this oven and I think it is absolutely ridiculous. Not worth the money or time to consider. The oven works OK, nothing spectacular to notice. But when comparing it to my previous machine - double LG oven, LG was much cheaper, but warmed up to 350F in probably half the time. Also, the LG oven was connectable to a smartphone to send notifications such as: oven reached set temperature, or the time for cooking is up - very helpful and useful features that this oven does not support.

Brand new oven and it would not heat up in bake. Called out service because under warranty and tech said a part was needed. A week later a different tech comes out replaces the part and now the oven doesn't work at all. Now it needs two additional parts to make the fans work and replace the heating element. I have now been without an oven for a month. Yeah, great product.

Came with our house we had built. Only used it a few times thus far, but we™™ve only been in our new house for not even a month. The cons to this oven are that it™™s noisy, as if someone put a pencil in a fan kind of noise, and it takes forever to heat up. Other than those two really annoying things, it works.

First, it warms up VERY quickly. An excellent quality for sudden baking and roasting. Temp control is EXACT. Only downside is the convection fan is louder than other I have used by Kenmore Elite.
