I really like this microwave. It is a very pretty exterior and so big and roomy inside. Works really well. My last Frigidaire gallery microwave that this replaced was 23 years old. So very satisfied with the gallery line.

Microwave is great. It can be used on the counter or as a built-in. We purchased it as a built-in and it was advertised as a built-in. My issue is the vent kit and trim package is 1/2 the cost of the microwave! Installation of the trim was difficult as there are 4 screws that enter at a 45 degree angle (so they are hidden) and fasten the trim to the cabinet. Those angled screws miss the cabinet or just barely catch a thread before splitting out the cabinet wood. A better design is in order. I had to install small blocks where the screws catch the wood just to hold the trim in place.

This microwave was rarely used and started short circuiting and stopped working. It was over the 1 year warranty and Frigidaire said there was nothing they can do. You would think an appliance at this price would last a little over a year. Will not purchase anything else from Frigidaire.

Its a pretty solid microwave , light touch sensor on the control panel is great. luv the +10s option besides the 30s one. 90% of the time those 2 buttons serve the purpose. I would like to give 5 stars except for the interior is white colored, despite being a stainless steel appliance, could 've been a silver colored inside as I 've seen in other make/models.

I purchased this microwave because we wanted to replace an aging one with a newer one. We wanted to match the newer other stainless steel appliances that we had purchased over the last year. I like the reviews I read and the price was competitive. We owned a Frigidaire dishwasher that has performed very well over the years as well.

The microwave works as a microwave should. I do like the 10 second button. The defrost options fo by weight instead of time, which is difficult if it's a small item that just needs 60-90 seconds of defrost time. Quality is low, the digital screen messed up within weeks of getting it. The button to open the door now sticks and struggles to open the door. This all happened prior to it being a year old.

We have only had it installed for a couple of weeks now. Luckily I was able to use the trim kit I had with my previous Frigidaire Gallery in cabinet microwave, which was only 5 years old by the way. I remember when microwaves lasted 10 or 20 years!
