After delivery it worked fine, but there was an odd smell. I thought it was new appliance smell, but it didn't dissipate. A little over 48 hours after delivery the freezer compartment stopped working. The next morning the fridge compartment quit working as well. Called customer support and there solution has left us without a working fridge for approaching 3 weeks.

It is such an upgrade from our old model. Keeps everything fresh for a while. My only gripe is that there is no deli meats cabinet. Other than that it is great.

I absolutely love my new refrigerator. The ice maker was producing ice cubes within a couple of hours after delivery. There is ample freezer space and an abundance of space in the refrigerator.

I always dreamed of having a French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer but since my family consists of just myself and my daughter, I thought a refrigerator like that might be too big for us. This counter-depth refrigerator proved me wrong! It is just the perfect size and then some. It is spacious but food doesn't get lost in it. I love the 3 drawers in the freezer. It fits so much. The shelves on the refrigerator doors free up so much of the shelf space. And the wonderful thing is that even with all of our many groceries, it doesn't get jam packed so I am sure it would be perfect for bigger families as well! It fits so well with the kitchen because it dos not stick out much further than the counter and does not look bulky. I LOVE IT so much!

Started to ice up on the bottom, but turned the temp down a bit and all is good now. Did have a scratch on the front upon arrival, but was compensated by the company.

For years I refused to get a freezer on bottom refrigerator. Turns out it was the best thing I could do. This refrigerator has AMAZING room. Drawers in the freezer make finding items a breeze.The refrigerator is super easy to see everything at a glance. No more items pushed so far back they go bad and need to be tossed. The bins on the doors hold an incredible amount. So easy to keep clean. The added bonus is it looks absolutely gorgeous in the kitchen.

It is both attractive and efficient. When you open the door(s) you can easily see everything you have in the refrigerator. There is sufficient space in the refrigerator to store all that is necessary for a family. The freezer drawer is also efficient as you can easily see what you have in the freezer and the extra drawers are great for organizing everything in the freezer.

This refrigerator is awesome. Very spaces and keeps the freshness of our food. Freezer is very well broken down in to multiple sections and each to arrange meet and other frozen items separately. We love it.

We got rid of our 20 year old GE fridge, and when replaced with this we were surprised at the tinny unsubstantial construction. When we open the doors sometimes, the whole refrigerator pulls forward. Otherwise it cools and freezes and has a clean look inside and outside. Disturbed by the salespersons comments that the new refrigerators can be expected to only last 8 to 10 years.

Overall it is more diverse than our last refrigerator. There are a couple of areas which could have been thought out more. The shelving on the door is just about 1 in both ways from being an ideal size. However I can live with it. I would have liked had there been more instructions on how to load the refrigerator. Overall I am very pleased.BU

I was looking for a refrigerator for a vacation home but was limited by the space available in the kitchen. I was so pleased to find a refrigerator that fit the space and fit all of our needs, too. Not only is it good looking and sleek, but it is efficient and practical for vacation goers. Plenty of room for ice cream, tucked away in the freezer and also there is enough shelf space for beverages and fresh produce. The double doors are also practical and a space saver as vacationers seem to spend more time in and out of a refrigerator, don't they? Of importance, too, is the ease of cleaning, inside and out. And shall I mention again how attractive it is? A perfect fit and a perfect choice.

Pleased with the design which offers maximum functionality even though it™™s smaller. Love the shelving, freezer drawers, and built in filtration. The device is well lit and it™™s easy to change the temperature and monitor filter age. My only complaint is that the freezer drawer is a bit squeaky and doesn™™t slide with the ease I™™d expect at this price point.

So far i am pleased with my purchase. Pro™™s: nice exterior look. french door access which comes in handy w/ large items. The interior lighting that adjusts as you open or close the doors. Deep shelves on the doors. Seems the ice maker is keeping well stock of ice. I like the drawer in the freezer which is a nice feature to keep some freezer items seperate . Cons :coming from a previous side by side i am trying to adapt to this new freezer configuration. Must say right off the bat not loving to dig for frozen items! This model is smaller capacity from my previous fridge,due to size restrictions i had to go down in size. Sadly i am missing the extra cu. Ft ! So far so good. Its my first time having a Frigidaire refrigerator .

After 28 years my crosley refrigerator passed away so I started a search. I needed a counter depth and I wanted to freezer on the bottom. I chose this Frigidaire and I've been very pleased with it so far. I like the wide pocket shelves on the doors that can hold half gallon juice and larger things. The only thing I wish it had which I could not find a lot on frigerators is a butter compartment. I'll survive without it

Major Weakness - Freezer door makes snapping noise if not pulled very slowly or by grabbing handle only in the middle of handle. Track will eventually break or derail due to use of plastics and too much movement of door from side to side.Therefore, cannot recommend this refrigerator.

Although it is smaller than my previous fridge (which was over 20 years old), it is much more efficient. The doors seal more tightly, the lighting is much better, it keeps items cooler. I am very happy with my purchase.

Because I have a small space for my refrigerator I never thought I'd be able to get anything other than the conventional top freezer model that I'd had for 30 years. And honestly, when I first got this one, I was terrified trying to fit everything from my old freezer into this one - the compartments definitely help organize, but they also limit what can fit. However, I DO admit that I have shopping issues and don't use what's in the freezer, so I'm hoping this will help! Love the top refrigerator and it definitely holds a ton.
