However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at (262) 334-1906 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

In our 35 years of being a locally-owned business, Kettle Moraine Appliance and Sleep Center has striven to make customers feel welcome and give them peace of mind — but this does not only extend to the purchase of a new appliance or bedding piece.

With concerns rising around the current health situation, Kettle Moraine Appliance would like to reassure everyone walking into one of our locations that we are implementing more stringent cleaning methods throughout our locations. Added cleaning tools like Clorox wipes are placed in the bathroom not only for our employees to utilize but also customers if they feel the need to use them, all sales associates and office staff stations are regularly being disinfected, and high traffic areas are being regularly disinfected (i.e. entranceway, door handles, bathroom door handles and stalls, etc...)

If any customers are concerned about coming in to one of our locations to purchase we are always able to conduct sales over the phone, take payment on delivery in certain cases, and take payment over the phone with a credit card.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and are asserting high cleanliness standards with all of our employees whether Office, Sales, Delivery, or Service staff. Delivery and Service crews are currently sanitizing after each and every stop and Sales and Office staff are taking extra precautions around their workstations. We hope to continue a fantastic relationship with all of our past, current, and future customers.
