In our 35 years of being a locally-owned business, Kettle Moraine Appliance and Sleep Center has striven to make customers feel welcome and give them peace of mind — but this does not only extend to the purchase of a new appliance or bedding piece.
With concerns rising around the current health situation, Kettle Moraine Appliance would like to reassure everyone walking into one of our locations that we are implementing more stringent cleaning methods throughout our locations. Added cleaning tools like Clorox wipes are placed in the bathroom not only for our employees to utilize but also customers if they feel the need to use them, all sales associates and office staff stations are regularly being disinfected, and high traffic areas are being regularly disinfected (i.e. entranceway, door handles, bathroom door handles and stalls, etc...)
If any customers are concerned about coming in to one of our locations to purchase we are always able to conduct sales over the phone, take payment on delivery in certain cases, and take payment over the phone with a credit card.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and are asserting high cleanliness standards with all of our employees whether Office, Sales, or Delivery staff. Delivery crews are currently sanitizing after each and every stop and Sales and Office staff are taking extra precautions around their workstations. We hope to continue a fantastic relationship with all of our past, current, and future customers.
